Pilates
Mat exercises are the foundation of Pilates. To truly
understand Pilates one must have a strong foundation in
mat.
Because
not all clients are on the same level we teach the use of
"Foundation Exercises" in Basic Mat Pilates Certification to
assist you in teaching your clients the foundation of Pilates,
to maximize results. Basic
Mat also covers anatomy, cueing, body types and how to adapt
an exercise to any client. We also teach when and how to
modify an exercise as well as what causes incorrect movement
and how to correct it. |

are strongly recommended to register in advance. Basic Mat manual will
be mailed out 10 days prior to course to allow time for studying of
the material. Students registering less then 10 days prior to course
will receive this course Manual the first day of class.
