For
those Instructors who just wish to get certified in the
Cadillac, we offer a Complete Cadillac Pilates Certification course.
This is a four month course which will cover basic,
intermediate and advanced exercises. All applicants are
required to be a Certified Pilates Mat Instructor to enter
this course. Students will be required to do apprentice as
well as self practice hours. |
