Workshops     

For those Instructors looking to further their Knowledge, we offer Pilates workshops.
These are not certifications and require a test to pass. Students will receive a certificate of attendance
upon completion of the class. We currently offer the following courses:

  • Mat Pilates with Fitness Ring

  • Mat Pilates with the Small Ball

  • Mat Pilates and Weights

  • Mat Pilates and the Foam Roller

  • Mat Pilates with the Ball

  • Mat Pilates with Flex Band

  • Increasing Flexibility 

  • Props to Add Assistance

  • Props to Add Resistance

  • Reformer with Props


Hours:  Each workshop is Three hours in length.
Tuition: $125 each
or sign up for multiple sessions at one time and save

  • Sign up for 3 at one time for $360 ($120 each)

  • Sign up for 5 at one time for $575 ($115 each)

  • Sign up for 7 at one time for $770 ($110 each)

  • Sign up for all 9 at one time for $900 ($100 each)
